Usage

Skin on rattan seats are particularly robust and can last for decades indoor or in places perfectly protected from the rain.

Skin on rattan seats are commonly used outdoor and exposed to rain albeit with restrictions. Skin on rattan chairs can withstand occasional rains for many years, as in Paris, where they can be exposed to rain during the day, but are usually stored indoor at night.

Skin on rattan seats should not be used for outdoor purposes with permanent exposition to rain in humid climates and/or climates experiencing prevalent rains. Skin on rattan lifetime can then be shorten, what is not acceptable.

Maintenance

Drucker furniture in rattan (unpeeled and not lacquered) can be cleaned with non-aggressive soap, soft sponge and rinsed with clear water.

Guarantee

For a period of 2 years after purchase, Drucker undertakes to resolve at its own expense all the quality problems that may arise in the case of normal use of its furniture.

– Orders may take up to 10 working days hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped
– Shipping Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email
– Transit time may take up to 2 weeks
– Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery

Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type.

What does “custom design” and “furniture immediately available” mean?

The furniture custom-made is manufacturerd on demand. You can choose the type of weave and colors. The furniture on stock is sold with unchangeable weaves and colors.

Is there a Maison Louis Drucker shop somewhere?

We have partners in France and abroad where you can discover some of our models and learn more about the Maison Drucker. You can learn more on the page “sales networks”. The workshop, with its showroom, is located in Gilocourt (France), where most of our models are showcased. We welcome, but only by appointment, visitors.

Can we directly pay for the land in the planters Drucker?

Yes, but we strongly recommend installing a drainage felt at the bottom of the planter.
What is the manufacturing lead time for a chair custom-made (manufactured on demand)?

The manufacturing lead time varies from 7 to 15 weeks. This period increases in the spring and reduces the Autumn.

How to chose the colors in the weave ?

Does the size of the boxes (height, length, width) can be changed?
