Skin on rattan seats are commonly used outdoor and exposed to rain albeit with restrictions. Skin on rattan chairs can withstand occasional rains for many years, as in Paris, where they can be exposed to rain during the day, but are usually stored indoor at night.

Skin on rattan seats should not be used for outdoor purposes with permanent exposition to rain in humid climates and/or climates experiencing prevalent rains. Skin on rattan lifetime can then be shorten, what is not acceptable.

Drucker furniture in rattan (unpeeled and not lacquered) can be cleaned with non-aggressive soap, soft sponge and rinsed with clear water.

For a period of 2 years after purchase, Drucker undertakes to resolve at its own expense all the quality problems that may arise in the case of normal use of its furniture.

Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location
