We deliver chairs throughout France and worldwide from the Gilocourt workshop (60129). When the equipment is ready, it can also be collected directly from the workshop.

Regardless of the chosen delivery method, Maison Drucker will inform you of the progress of your order by email and from your account on maisonlouisdrucker.com.

Our delivery person may check your identity and/or ask for your signature upon delivery. Please have a photo ID ready for this purpose, and we encourage you to have your own pen ready for signing upon receipt of your product.

Yes. Upon request, we can send you samples of our weaving fibers by post.
For advanced projects, we can also create woven swatches on 15cm square cards.

For delivery in mainland France, 48 to 96 hours from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
For delivery in Europe (excluding France), the maximum delivery time from dispatch is 10 days.
For delivery outside Europe, the maximum delivery time from dispatch varies from 10 to 60 days.

Manufacturing time ranges from 4 to 15 weeks depending on the number of orders to be produced.
This lead time tends to increase in Spring and decrease in Autumn.

"Outdoor friendly" furniture, two main principles to respect:

During the winter season (October 15 to March 15 in Europe) in all climates: Furniture must be stored "dry". However, it can be left outdoors during the day, but must be stored in a dry place overnight.
During the "fine season", the rest of the time, rattan can remain permanently outdoors.
However, if a prolonged rain occurs, rattan should only be left in the rain for two or three days at most, before being moved to a dry place so that it can dry.

It should only be brought back out once the rain has stopped (In any case, a terrace is not usable in the rain).
Regular maintenance of your furniture will greatly extend its lifespan.
Drucker workshops reweave, re-staple, replace certain parts if necessary and completely re-varnish your Drucker furniture.

Yes, for French professionals, depending on your eligibility, we can offer financial leasing. The purchase is repaid by monthly installments over 12 to 60 months from the receipt of your order.

This service is free. It allows you to collect your order directly from Maison Louis Drucker workshop.
When collecting the item:

• Present the email and a valid form of identification.
• We reserve the right to verify the payment card used for the order.
• The purchased item will be given to the customer upon signature of a collection slip.
• A person of your choice can collect the item on your behalf.

They will be required to bring:

• Their own identification,
• Your identification,
• Your signed letter authorizing this person to collect the item on your behalf and for your account.
• The email or SMS notification that the item is available for collection in store that you received.

We may make copies of all these documents to ensure your security and prevent any fraudulent use of your identity and/or payment methods.
If your order includes products from different categories, the order may be prepared at different times. We recommend that you collect your order once it has been fully prepared.
