Goffinet

Even before joining the Royal Horticultural Society courses at Wisley, François Goffinet had benefited from an excellent apprenticeship in the magnificent Annevoie water gardens, created by his ancestor around 1750.
To this day, his company, François Goffinet Limited, has offices in London and Chevetogne (Belgium). His projects span both public and private estates of several hundred hectares as well as small private gardens. They include some of the most famous historic estates of Europe and the United States, but also new contemporary gardens. To carry out his projects, François Goffinet orchestrates several teams of people from very different disciplines — much like an 18th-century atelier — including landscape designers, botanists, horticulturists and historians of architecture and gardens. He also calls upon many craftspeople to bring his designs to life with the utmost respect for each discipline's know-how. With them he is also developing a collection of garden furniture (wood, rattan, metal) to meet the demand for refined garden pieces, alongside many other custom garden ornaments. François Goffinet turned to Maison Drucker for the production of garden furniture.
