In 2007, Bruno Dubois, CEO of Maison Louis Drucker, came up with the idea of showcasing the expertise of weavers on folding metal structures. It was an immediate success ; the decorators, India Madhavi, among others, took over the product, as did the imitators… The backrest and seat frame in marine plywood are woven in the same choice of colors and jacquards as the rattan furniture. Comfortable, discreet and always ready to help, the Tuileries folding chair is perfectly outdoor.

Furniture with a rattan structure is classified as “semi-outdoor,” meaning it can be placed outdoors under a shelter that strictly protects it from rain, except near bodies of water (seas, lakes, rivers). For these areas and for full outdoor use, we recommend our “outdoor” ranges with an aluminum or galvanized steel structure.
